” The Epicenter of Change “, this is the slogan Apple has chosen for the WWDC15 , which, translated into Spanish would be something like ” The Epicenter of Change “. We can’t deny that, after hearing these words, our heads got carried away and began to imagine all that the company could announce during the event. No doubt a slogan that leaves us very much looking forward to the arrival of the initial keynote.
The WWDC is the only Apple event that remains fixed in time and as in previous occasions, this year it will also be held at the beginning of June. The dates chosen by the company are June 8-12 and, as usual, will be held at Moscone West in San Francisco.
The event will begin with a company keynote. There will be Tim Cook and other Apple executives presenting the new features that will arrive in the coming months and, most probably, iOS 9 and the next version of OS X will have a great role, although it is also likely that they will not be the only protagonists of the presentation. Will we perhaps see the streaming music service that Apple is supposed to be preparing? A new Apple TV? New features in the Mac range? We don’t know, but what we do know is how impatient we are.
As it does each year, the WWDC15 will bring together thousands of developers from around the world , along with more than 1,000 Apple engineers through more than 100 technical sessions. The company also announced that the technical talks and workshops will be streamed from around the world.
Tickets for WWDC15 cost $1,599 and registration is required by April 17 at 10:00 a.m. (San Francisco time). Apple will hold a raffle to allocate available passes from among all registrants, as seating is very limited and demand often quickly exceeds the capacity of the venue.
In addition to the event’s opening keynote, technical workshops and sessions with Apple engineers, WWDC is also an important networking event for all types of people interested in software development. Thousands of people from all over the world with common interests gathered for a few days in one place, undoubtedly a unique opportunity for any developer or development company, thousands of opportunities waiting.
The WWDC15 will also host the Apple Design Awards , an award in which Cupertino’s company rewards the best developments for iOS and OS X of the year in the design section.
” The Epicenter of Change “, ” The Epicenter of Change “… the WWDC15 promises a lot.
