Every few months Apple proposes an activity challenge to all Apple Watch users in which we can get special prizes if we complete the small movement challenge they propose. Apple seven take advantage of special days and marked on the calendar, often related to the environment. The funny thing about these awards is that they are unique, ie you can only get if you complete the activities that day , once the day passes, if you do not get you can not opt for them anymore.

If you have an Apple Watch, you will probably have seen a notice on your watch informing you of what you must do to achieve this challenge and win the World Environment Day awards being held today . By completing this challenge, you can earn, in addition to the exclusive Activity app prize, stickers that you can share in iMessage with your contacts.

To complete this challenge, which is exclusive to today, you must complete the De Pie ring by June 5. To complete this ring you must get up at least 12 hours a day , the Apple Watch will remind you when to get up if you haven’t done so, a little 5 minute walk every hour is enough to complete it.
