The Mac Pro is now modular again, which means it’s easier to expand its internal capabilities . A new Apple Support document provides details on changing a number of items in the Mac Pro. Among them are the wheels, which, as Apple points out, must be contacted or an authorized reseller to do so. Why? It’s not entirely clear. Most likely, the wheelchair-mount system on the Mac Pro is hooked up internally and requires some special tool to open it.

Changing the wheels seemed to be one of the easiest repairs that could be made to the new Mac Pro, however, it seems that changing the RAM is easier than changing the wheels.
