iOS 10 vs iOS 11, we compare both versions
iOS 11 is supposed to arrive officially in autumn with some new features as we have already been advancing in Apple 5×1. To a greater or lesser extent, the system will bring some changes with respect to its previous version, iOS 10. In this post we make a comparison between both.
iOS 11 Compatible Devices
As each new version of an operating system, is supposed to be faster than the previous one . And so Apple confirmed, at WWDC 2017, what would happen with iOS 11 over iOS 10.
Unlike iOS 10, the eleventh version of the operating system will leave out devices other than 64-bit ones. Thus, the iPhone 5, iPhone 5c and iPad 4, devices that supported iOS 10, would be left without a software update, with the tenth version being the latest.

However, not all devices will support the system with the same efficiency. It is assumed that the more current the device, the better performance it will have . In other words, we will not have the same fluidity of iOS 11 on an iPhone 5s as on an iPhone 7 Plus.
Visual changes
-Wallpapers: Every new version of iOS that Apple releases brings with it a series of new wallpapers. The main wallpaper in iOS 10 was a series of waves crashing against each other, while in iOS 11 it will be one with the shore of a beach as the protagonist.
-Blocking screens and notices: We’ll see a new blocking screen where by sliding up we’ll see our notifications. This screen will also be visible when the device is unlocked and the notification bar is lowered.
-Start screen: In the startup screen we will also see some changes. Some icons, like the one in the App Store, have been redesigned. As well as inside it has also changed that application since now it resembles in design to Apple Music. But we will also see a small change in the dock, and is that now the icons that are there will not be accompanied by the name of the application as if it happened in iOS 10.
-Control center: And if there’s one big change, not just from iOS 10 but from earlier versions, it’s the new control center. Now we’ll find multiple options, which we can also customize according to which we want to appear or not. It stands out the good integration of the 3D Touch in this renewed control center that includes some remarkable shortcuts like the possibility to activate or deactivate the mobile data.

-Coverage signals: Another small but significant detail concerns the way we will check the coverage of our terminal. We used to have 4 dots that were filled in the more coverage we had, and these have now been replaced by bars.
-Apps redesign: As we mentioned before, the App Store will change its design, but so will the phone, contacts, Apple Music or Podcast.
-App of Notes: The native notes application is the one that brings the best news and that is that now we’ll be able to scan documents and write on them. As well as making tables within a note.
-File and cloud management: With the new File app we can manage the files, worth the redundancy, that we have in our device. We can also manage clouds such as iCloud Drive, Dropbox or Google Drive from this new application.
-Siri: With a new, more natural voice, the new Siri will be equipped with more intelligence in iOS 11, and the main novelty is its new ability to translate texts into different languages. We will now also be able to address Siri by writing, instead of always having to be by voice.
-Portrait mode: If you have an iPhone 7 Plus you’re in luck. If the portrait mode feature surprised you, iOS 11 has been further enhanced to make your depth photos even more professional.
-Sharing WiFi: A new feature not seen in previous versions of the system is that you can now share WiFi with another user without having to enter the password manually.
