We are just a few months away from Apple’s launch of iPhone 11, a device that will see the light of day in mid-September but of which we already know practically everything. However, the design of Apple’s star device should evolve in the future and hopefully it will do so as this concept that Ben Geskin has shown.
The well-known filterer and designer has produced an incredible render with what he hopes will be the iPhone of the future , specifically the iPhone of the year 2022. In it we can see a design with clear inspiration in the current iPhone 11 but with really striking new features.
As you probably know, many have criticized the square bulge that the iPhone 11 is expected to have, however this is not something new . With every iPhone leak the popular response is the same: ” how ugly is “, ” Apple wouldn’t do that “… but when we see the final device the view changes and over time the vast majority of companies end up copying the design of the iPhone.
This supposed “iPhone 14” of 2022 would have a very similar camera design to the one we will see this year but adding a fourth ToF sensor in the lower zone . In addition, the design reminds a little of an iPhone 3G, more rounded at the edges but, yes, of glass.
The front is not left behind and we have a real all-screen design in which there is neither notch nor poor edges anywhere. Apple could achieve this if they manage to hide the front camera and all the Face ID sensors under the screen .
It is certainly an incredible concept that hopefully can become a reality very soon, but do not expect something similar in the coming years. The technology does not yet allow to make an iPhone like this although we hope Apple will manage to make it a reality very soon.
