Cómo evitar que Instagram para iPhone muestre la última conexión y más opciones de privacidad que puedes usar
In the last few hours Instagram announced that users can now request blue verification for their profile , so that their followers know if they really are a public figure, a celebrity or a global brand. The process is really simple and can be done from the mobile application of the iOS service.
If you think you may have the profile of a public figure or celebrity to be verified, these are the steps you should take:
- Login to Instagram
- Go to the Settings section
- Choose the option ‘Request verification’
- The app will then ask you to enter your full name and send a form of identification, as well as attach your photo ID.
It’s important to note that only by sending the request will we not immediately receive verification, as Instagram is only verifying the accounts it considers relevant enough to have the blue badge.
For the rest of the users, Instagram also announced the arrival of some new features, among them the presence of a section called ‘About this account’ , which will be available in people’s profiles. Touching it will show the date you joined Instagram, the followers you share with the person you are consulting, the username changes you have had, and the ads you are currently running from your account. These updates will be coming in over the next few weeks.
