These are the new emojis that iOS 11 will bring to your iPhone and iPad

Following a list of emojis recently presented by the Unicode Consortium, Apple has shared some of the new emojis that will arrive on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch alongside iOS 11 in September 2017.

Additionally, during the World Emojis Day, Apple wanted to touch up the content of iTunes Movies and the featured applications with emojis instead of text.

The Unicode platform will present a total of 69 new emojis , we do not know how many of them Apple will add to iOS 11, but last year 72 emojis were presented and the company included most of them in iOS 10.

With the arrival of this new Unicode list for iOS 11 there will be more than 200 new emojis available on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Watch and Mac . Thanks to them, users will have many more ways to personalize messages and express their emotions through chats in the different messaging applications (and social networks) available in iOS: Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, Instagram…

The new iOS 11 emojis for Apple mobile devices include all kinds of faces, creatures, food, and more. They include a woman in a burka, a Tyrannosaurus Rex, a sandwich, a coconut, a man with a beard, a genie in a lamp, a zebra, a zombie, and an “exploding” head.

As has become customary with these types of updates, Apple will continue to expand the different skin tones of emojis to allow users to express their emotions “with greater diversity”.

According to Apple, the new emojis on this list will arrive on both iOS and macOS and watchOS by the end of the year. They may be automatically installed on iOS 11 after the official launch of the iPhone 7s, iPhone 7s Plus and the 10th anniversary iPhone in September 2017.
