Cult of Mac
A little sick of the selfie fashion? If so, be prepared because it could get even uglier. A new gadget offers a two-in-one for lovers of this hobby, and it may have its audience. It’s Stikbox, a sleeve that transforms effortlessly into a selfie stick , and even if you’re thinking about it, the idea may not be as far-fetched as it seems.
Under the claim of “Why take two things, when you can take only one”, this daring project has risked an all or nothing in Kickstarter’s inexhaustible fertility, and although it has had a somewhat timid beginning, the truth is that the bulk of the campaign is still ahead, so anything can happen. The first thing that needs to be clarified is that Stikbox has not been conceived as a diary case, but rather as an accessory that you will take with you on your travels , and this is where the real philosophy of the product is understood.
This curious accessory consists of a case that hides a 71-centimetre long Selfie stick on the back of the iPhone , together with a telescopic base that allows you to orientate the camera of the mobile phone in the desired position. Expensive? The crowdfunding hook puts the peripheral on sale for $29, which then becomes $44 if the campaign succeeds. And if nothing goes wrong, the first to deploy this curious selfie stick will do so in May next year.
