The next challenge of activity for the Apple Watch will be the International Yoga Day, June 21

After having completed the activity challenge for the world environment day, Apple has scheduled a new event for June 21st. On this occasion we will celebrate the international day of yoga and we will do it with a 20 minutes yoga training in our Apple Watch.

With the current situation, and in fact very much in line with the celebration in honor of which Apple bases the challenge, we can fulfill this challenge without having to leave home . Apple describes the challenge in the following terms:

As indicated by Apple, we can conduct the training session directly with the app Training from our Apple Watch or use a third-party app such as Asana Rebel or Glo.

After completing this training, in addition to the corresponding medal in the tab Awards in the app Activity on our iPhone, we will be able to use the three animated GIFs that appear in the article from the app Messages .
