Tomorrow the iPhone 5 will be launched in Colombia. Colombians will be able to acquire the new Apple smartphone with the operators Claro, Tigo and Movistar. In addition, as we have learned, it seems that the device in Colombia will have a lower price than in the United States , provided that it is purchased through one of the three operators that will distribute it.
The price of the 16GB iPhone 5 will be 220,000 Colombian pesos (about $120 in exchange) with a 2-year contract and a 400-minute voice and 2GB navigation plan, at a monthly cost of 130,000 Colombian pesos ($71 in exchange) .
At the moment we do not know if there will be a possibility to acquire the 32 and 64 GB models, although it is expected that by the end of the year they will be available in all three operators. For those who are in a hurry or don’t want to risk losing their iPhone 5, the operators Claro and Tigo will open the doors of their stores tonight to sell the Apple smartphone.
What do you think? You’re going to make it with an iPhone 5?
