The website TUAW today presents a new survey in which it exposes a kind of wish list of potential buyers of a tablet . As you can imagine, the iPad is still light years ahead of its competitors in terms of consumer demand.
The iPad Continues to Dominate the Tablet Market
According to this survey, with a sample of 3000 Americans, 73% of people who plan to get a tablet in the next 90 days will opt for an iPad, iPad 2 or new iPad.
The second result is the Amazon Kindle Fire, with a discreet 8% . Only 6% of potential buyers will be looking for a Samsung Galaxy Tab.
The interesting thing is to compare with the results of the same survey done in November . It turns out that at that time the Kindle fire took up 22% of the opinions. What is the reason for this drop?
According to the same survey, only 41% of Amazon tablet owners were very satisfied , compared to 81% of owners of an iPad, iPad 2 or new iPad.
It has been more than two years since Apple reinvented the tablet market, and it seems that no one can yet stand up to it . What is the apple company doing to keep its competitors from raising their heads?
