iOS 11.4 anulará la conexión de datos por USB en un iPhone tras una semana de inactividad
In line with its usual release schedule, Apple has just released a new version of the iOS 11.4 beta, macOS 10.13.5 tvOS 11.4 and watchOS 4.3.1 for developers. These new versions are currently in beta phase and the final version is likely to be released in the next few weeks.
Starting with iOS, this new version will come with new features in ClassKit, Apple’s education framework. We also have in this new version some features that we saw in iOS 11.3 beta but did not reach the final version . Some of these features are for example the Messages in iCloud, AirPlay 2 or the Apple TV available in the Home app.
In macOS is exactly the same, Apple has taken advantage of macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 to add again some functions that finally were not released in macOS 10.13.4, as is the case of Messages in iCloud. There are no other apparent changes and Apple has not given a detailed note with the changes in this version, so in principle the new features are limited to this.
In tvOS 11.4 AirPlay 2 is also recovered and as we have already indicated, the device appears in the Home app. In watchOS 4.3.1 there are performance improvements and a new warning for non-native apps, indicating that they will stop working in future versions.
The update is available to all users who have a device registered as a developer . If you previously had an earlier version of iOS 11.4 or macOS 10.13.5 installed on your iPhone, iPad or Mac, the update will appear as available. Most likely, the public beta will be released today and tomorrow as well.
