Seguridad de discos, arranque del sistema… llegan más detalles de lo que puede hacer el chip T2
We’ve been talking for years about how Mac sales are evolving (shyly upwards), in contrast to the computer market which continues to decline year on year. But today we could see an end to that, or at least a small pause. According to an IDC report, it turns out that the global PC industry has grown over the last year . This is reflected by Patently Apple.
More specifically, approximately 70.6 million desktop, laptop and professional workstation computers have been sold ( workstations ). This represents 0.7% more in sales than last year. There are two large companies mainly responsible for this change, and one of them is Apple .
You can see that at WWDC 2017 many of Apple’s computers were revamped : MacBook Pro with new processors, new iMac, the promise of the iMac Pro that is finally here… the sales of these computers must have encouraged not only Apple’s finances, but also those of the entire computer market. The other company that has encouraged sales, by the way, is HP.
And let’s remember that this year we should see more upgrades on laptops, as well as new Mac mini and the promised modular Mac Pro. Maybe the computer market has already reached its new normal and will stop dropping and fluctuate ? We will know in the long run.
