Chrome , the web browser from the all-powerful Google and the most used worldwide, now has native apps for both iPhone and iPad. Now with the competition, Safari will have to get its act together, or not…
Google Chrome iPad
As a user of the desktop version of Chrome, the highlight for me is the ability to synchronize bookmarks and tabs between all devices. That’s a good thing for Google.
Description of the App in the App Store:
Surf at full speed with Chrome, now available on your iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Sign in to sync your personalized Chrome experience from your computer and take it with you wherever you go.
– Search and navigate quickly directly from the same frame. Select your search from the results that appear as you type.
A simple and intuitive experience
– Open as many tabs as you like and quickly switch between them. On your iPhone and iPod touch, flip through the tabs as if you were fanning a deck of cards. On your iPad, slide your finger from one end of the screen to the other to switch between tabs.
– Log in to Chrome to sync your open tabs, bookmarks, passwords, and data from your computer’s omnibox with your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. Find everything just as you left it – send pages from Chrome on your computer to your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad with one click and read them anywhere you go, even if you don’t have an Internet connection.
– Opens a tab in incognito mode to browse without saving your history For more information, access the URL http:/goo.glWUx02
