To complete its investigation, Laptop Mag magazine sent reporters to make anonymous calls to find out how technology companies were reacting to different situations and technical problems .

The research covered various aspects of customer service: telephone, chat, website, call time and availability. The companies Apple, Microsoft, Samsung, Acer, Razer, Dell, Lenovo, HP, Asus and MSI received a score from each category to finally get an average total score out of 100.

As you can see from the table, Apple received a score of 56 on its website, 37 on the phone, with an average of 6 minutes per call and 24 hours of availability per day. Thus reached 93 out of 100 in its total score.
