Julio de 2016: así es la evolución del Apple Campus 2
As every beginning of the month we have a new video available on Matthew Roberts’ YouTube channel showing the progress of the Apple Campus 2 in Cupertino. In it we can see both the progress of the circular building and the surrounding facilities .
In previous videos we have seen how the main structure has been taking shape from the foundations to the first glass panels that cover it.
In this month’s video we can see how the structure of the research and development centre is almost complete, as well as the centre for sports for employees. Obviously, the entire internal part and what goes with it remains to be finished. On the other hand, the area for parking spaces already has its respective solar panels covering it and is expected to accommodate about 11,000 vehicles.
On the other hand, we see how the auditorium has already its circular shape and the exterior covering is missing . In addition, it is expected that a kind of artificial lake will be installed in the centre of the campus, where the workers are already working.
Remember, you can see the continuing development of Apple Campus 2 by watching videos from previous months showing how the entire conglomerate of buildings has evolved. Finally, bear in mind that Apple expects to finish the work by the end of this year and to be able to move its workers to the new campus by the beginning of 2017 . On this campus there will be enough space for all of them and they will have all the operation centers in one place, not like now that they have had to rent adjacent buildings.
