Taylor Swift doesn’t cut herself and say no to Apple Music

For me one of the big absences that Apple Music will have will be The Beatles’ catalogue, for others it will be 1989, the last album by Taylor Swift. Exactly, the singer doesn’t cut herself and after leaving Spotify and other streaming services she now says no to Apple Music.

According to BuzzFeed, the popular singer seems determined not to offer her latest album on the various streaming music services. Of course, Apple Music, at least, seems to have the advantage of keeping her previous works.

That’s something, but even Iovine’s good relationship with the industry doesn’t seem to be able to solve some issues. Of course many of us will go without his music but it’s not without its appeal. One more setback that adds to that of the musicians who have complained about the conditions of the opposite.

Launching a music streaming service is not easy. Not even for Apple, who with iTunes enjoyed a good position in the music market. But selling songs is not the same as offering a “flat rate”.
