Sonic picks up speed and Metal Slug X brings us camels with machine guns, Arcadesfera

emanating from great releases in Arcadesfera , those who are hooked on the game on iOS devices are in luck, the releases of the last seven days have proven to be a good option to burn off free time and take advantage of the touch screens.

Sonic and Metal Slug are back, two protagonists who have already left their mark on the AppStore, but they are accompanied by two curious and fun endless runners, one of them totally free.

Sega’s mascot took his first steps on the iOS devices with Sonic Jump, the title in which we had to reach the top, from jump to jump and picking up his characteristic golden rings. Now we’ll do the same, but instead of following the Doodle Jump style he’ll play a little Temple Run.

Protagonist, scenarios, enemies, skills… everything we know about the hedgehog is in Sonic Dash , but in this case the gameplay is adapted to the endless runner style, which will invite us to destroy our friends’ scores using our best reflexes.

Metal Slug X

If there is one game that needs no introduction this week, it is definitely Metal Slug X . After several deliveries showing that the saga is still very much alive and that its deliveries can still sell like hot cakes, SNK Playmore gives us one of the craziest adventures ever with a joystick in our hands.

It’s a pity that the latter is the only thing we lack to surrender to their feet, well, that and that they keep trying to squeeze our pockets with prices that could be much lower, especially considering the weather since it was created and how well amortized its development is.

Mini Ninjas

The name of Mini Ninjas and their main characters may ring a bell. If so, you are right, this is a new version that recovers the main characters of one of the few adventures created for children who are saved from burning during this generation.

After going through the desktop consoles they now return in the form of an endless runner so that we can help Hiro, Futo, Kunoichi and Suzume save the animals that have been captured. Very funny, equally valid for big and small, and complete enough to make their 0.79 euros an excellent investment.

Jones On Fire

We lowered the blind with one of those games which surely will not enter the eyes of many, but beware, you know what they say about first impressions. Luckily this is a free title, so you can try it out before you make your judgement.

I have found a platform that is nice, fun, well controlled and balanced enough in its difficulty to start playing it and master it as the levels progress a bit uphill. Give Jones On Fire a chance, he’s sure to be another one of those games that the little ones in the house love.
