The 2016 MacBook Pro with Touch Bar doesn’t seem to have had the best launch in the world. And just in case you didn’t get enough of the reviews at its launch because of the high price, and just in case you didn’t get yours because of bad battery performance, now it’s the keyboard’s turn. According to several users, are suffering important problems with the keyboard of the Apple laptop.

On Apple’s support website, several help threads have been opened where users are complaining about the problems with the new keyboard . It seems that the main reason is the lack of coherence in the sound the keys make when pressed. However, this is not as serious as other problems they are encountering:

  • Different pressure on each key: The MacBook keyboard is made to receive a certain amount of uniform pressure on each key. This means that when you press a particular key, each key will respond, and it should be the same on all keys so that the user doesn’t feel an inconsistent sensation. Some keys don’t seem to respond in the same way to pressure.
  • Keys that do not respond to keystroke: The biggest problem of all, some keys simply don’t work when pressed, so you can’t use them directly. Sometimes you have to press it several times until it responds.
  • Keys that are double-tapped when pressed: What’s worse for many, some keys are so sensitive that when pressed once they respond with two or three keystrokes.
