Análisis AirPods, ciencia ficción inalámbrica
One of the biggest criticisms of the AirPods has been the difficulty in controlling the volume. The total absence of physical buttons forces the user to rely exclusively on Siri, but Apple has saved a clever alternative by taking advantage of the integration that the ecosystem facilitates, and the user has it much closer than he thinks: the Apple Watch.
A youtuber has shown in a simple video a way to control the volume that does not depend on applications or require having any device with the display activated. And as we pointed out, it takes advantage of the permanent connection of the Apple Watch with the iPhone to which the AirPods are linked.
We knew that with the clock we could manage both the volume and the track played thanks to Music and specifically the function Now it sounds which we access from the Apple Watch. But what this video has shown us is that it is not necessary to have the Watch activated and with the application running, but we can turn the volume up and down by turning the crown as long as the Now Playing function is active in the background.
Actually what the turning of the crown does is activate the watch and then turn the volume up or down. Very simple, but very useful and effective . The other option we already know: give the order to Siri “Turn up the volume”.
