Motion Background, set of animated backgrounds for Keynote

graphicnode

When making presentations, the visual aspect of the transparencies we project to our audience takes on an important role. It is not the same a careful presentation that enters through the eyes as a black text on a white background. Motion Background is a set of animated backgrounds for Keynote that can give a little visual boost to our presentations. It occurs to me, for example, that for the initial transparency where we will be waiting for all the people to join the presentation, an animated background can be perfect. In fact, this is a series of Quicktime movies that we can use wherever we want, and not only limited to use in Keynote.

After the jump we will see how to use it and the possibilities of it.

It is worth noting that the download is in the form of an application, from which we can access the preview of the backgrounds by pressing space, and save some of the backgrounds by double-clicking on them. To use it we will simply have to drag the background to the Keynote screen and with the right button (or ctrl click) select the option Send to Background.

The package contains 45 animated designs at a resolution of 1024 × 768, and they are prepared for continuous looping. To do this, choose QuickTime Inspector in Keynote and select loop in the inspector.

You can view the backgrounds as low resolution QuickTime movies from their own website before you buy them. The price of Motion Background is $19 which, although it may seem high, can mean the difference between making the presentation with a more seen material than the TBO to do something original and result and differentiate from the rest of presentations.

We would like to thank graphicnode for sending us a version of Motion Background for evaluation.
