It integrates beautifully with Growl and has a practical notifier, as well as being multi-account and allowing synchronization of all our mail at once. I particularly like its interface, it is very friendly and easy to use, the options to display the side panel with the preview on the mail or pressing space (to the Quicklook) are very elegant.
But my friends had a rather serious problem, when I clicked on “Send” I got a confusing message that my message could not be saved in drafts. They were not sent either . And it was a nuisance, the first version I thought… well, it’s a bug that will be fixed later and the program has a few betas and without showing that bug fixed in any way. This is disabling the Gmail Labs ‘Advanced IMAP Controls’ option , if you have it enabled, Sparrow won’t be able to send mail or save it to a draft. If we disable it, you’ll see that it works again, so for those of you who have this problem now, you know how to fix it. Without a doubt, the application is now something else, in my case I’ve already closed the tabs to Gmail in my browsers.
