In the App Store there are numerous applications that help us keep in shape and even when controlling or creating our own workouts. We at Apple have already talked about some and today we want to showcase Pilates Lifestyles.
Pilates Lifestyles is an application for iOS with which to practice Pilates, a physical and mental training created at the beginning of the 20th century by the German Joseph Hubertus Pilates. The application can show up to 64 different types of exercises depending on the level of each one. And I say this because the application itself only includes ten exercises with their demonstration videos, the rest can be purchased as we need new routines or all directly.
The application allows us to create routines or view those already created according to each level, record our progress and share the results on Facebook or Twitter . Pilates Lifestyle or Pilates with a small ball (since the exercises are done with the help of a small ball) is free and a good option to get to know this method of training.
If we add a good diet, for example with five iOS applications to improve the diet, and good habits our body and mind will thank us greatly. Anyway there are many more applications for this type of training like: Pilates or 5 minutes of Pilates.
