Yesterday the news about a new bug in iOS closely related to the system messages application was released. This bug is reproduced for both normal text messages (SMS) and iMessages that can be performed for free between two users on the iOS platform. It is only reproduced with the reproduction of certain characters, it is not generalised.
Apparently, this bug occurs when you are sent a message with certain Arabic characters and that message, when you try to view it does what, or the application closes or even the iOS device itself reboots. This is a problem, because if the application saves its status with that message open, it will reboot just by trying to open it.
This bug occurs mainly in iOS 8.3 , although it is believed to occur on devices with earlier system versions. We also have a small “patch” until Apple fixes it (they claim to be already aware of the bug). It is simply a matter of receiving another message .
We can ask someone to send us a message or send one to ourselves through Siri. Or we can even create a note in the iOS “Notes” application and share it with ourselves via message. This will ensure that when we receive a new message the application will not close when we try to open it in the conflicting message .
