Logic Pro X has been updated to version 10.4 , and is not one of those updates that stay in security and stability improvements. There are a number of new features that all professional audio editors will appreciate, one of the most important being advanced tempo detection.

We also have the arrival of ChromaVerb , a new algorithmic reverb module with which you can create improved acoustic environments; and new filters like the 18 added to the Retro Synth collection. There are also more instruments (Studio Strings, Studio Horns, drummers) and over 800 sound loops and 150 cinematic presets.

Special mention to the new Vintage equalizers , with which effects that simulate analogical sounds of the fifties and sixties are achieved. Oh, and the interface for controlling the sound joints has been improved to make it more comfortable.

Logic Pro X 10.4 is available for download from the Mac App Store for ?229.99. If you purchased Logic Pro X before this update, you can get 10.4 for free. You’ll have to pay for it if you’re using an older version of Logic Pro, such as Logic Studio.
