The “Support” application in iOS allows you to send a diagnosis to Apple

Thanks to the application of “Apple Support” , we can send a diagnosis directly to the operators who try to offer us a solution to our problems when we go to them.

This application allows us to know the battery charge cycles up to problems with the WiFi signal. That is to say, any problem that the phone presents, will be represented on the screens of the support staff in the distance.

Thanks to this, we can see if it is a software or hardware problem, where in the first case, we could solve it instantly without having to go to an authorized center or an Apple Store.

In addition to the “Apple Support” application, when we make a call to the support team, in the “Privacy” section, they can enable a function that allows us to perform a full check of the iPhone , offering the same results as the official application would give us.

The checkup may take a couple of minutes. With that information, the support operator can orient us if our problem would be covered by the warranty or not. In addition to giving us some advice or warning us about the wear and tear of a component , for example, the battery.

In the Analysis section (in Settings), if we have activated “Share iPhone analysis”, we find a section called “Analysis data”, there we can see the amount of information we have shared with Apple.

This function can be activated or deactivated, although it is advisable to leave it activated in order to be able to share non-sensitive information with Apple. In this way, we can help improve the experience of iOS and even the devices we use.

The application “Apple Support” , allows us to arrange a call, a chat or a meeting to try and solve technical problems that we might have with our devices. It is completely free and can be found on the App Store.
