Just today Apple updated the applications of its iWork office suite for iOS 10 . The new versions of Pages, Numbers and Keynote now offer a real-time collaboration feature available as a beta.
With the real-time collaboration, which was announced in the September Keynote , multiple users will be able to edit an iWork document on iOS, Mac, and iCloud.
Real-time collaborations will provide users with the ability to see what others are doing within the document , with multiple cursors and a list of editors.
In addition, Apple has included a new format in its interface designed especially for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, support for a wide range of colours (iPhone 7), improved downloads, keyboard navigation, and keyboard shortcuts.
In the Keynote application there is an option to present a slideshow that users can follow from their Mac, iPhone, iPad and iCloud. There is also a new function to underline and highlight content with the Apple Pencil for presentations with the iPad Pro.
iWork office applications are free for users who have recently purchased an iOS device or a new Mac. Otherwise, each iWork application for Mac is available for $19.99 and on iOS they are available for $9.99 on the App Store.
