Twyp integrates with Apple Pay and now allows payments from the iPhone

Twyp is now compatible with Apple Pay since ING Direct announced its integration last Friday. From now on, Twyp customers can add a prepaid card to Apple Pay and use it at any merchant. A small addition for those who already use this user-to-store payment system.

Twyp is a user-to-user payment system created by ING Direct bank. With this service, users can send money to each other instantly and without paying any fees. In addition to this, it serves to pay in some establishments and obtain cash from them.

Now that Twyp integrates with Apple Pay , the possibilities of the service are expanded. This card can now be used to pay in physical stores, online and apps. Since last week, ING customers with an iPhone can add the Twyp card to their wallet to start using it for any payment with Apple Pay.

The sign up process for Apple Pay is quite simple. When you open the Twyp app on your iPhone and sign up, invites you to add a card to Apple Pay . This takes you to Wallet, where it is added to your other cards following the usual steps. You can also have it in the Apple Watch and choose it as your default card.
