iPhone 4S achieves 96% customer satisfaction, Apple’s best ever

Specifically, out of every hundred people in the survey, 77 said they were “very satisfied” with the phone while 19 said they were “satisfied”. Only 2% of users said they were dissatisfied.

The survey also includes data about the favorite feature of the iPhone 4S for its owners: Inevitably, 49% of people have stated that the Siri assistant is the best of the new iPhone. Ease of use is the second most acclaimed feature with 39% and the enhanced 8 megapixel camera follows behind with 33% of users saying it is the best feature of the terminal.

With the iPhone 4, Apple achieved an overall satisfaction rate of 93%, and although the improvement was only 3%, we are talking about results that are tremendously difficult to beat. Not every company can say that 96 out of 100 customers are satisfied with them.
