At WWDC 17, held at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California, Apple introduced two new iPad Pro models, a 10.5-inch iPad and an update to the 12.9-inch model.
Especially for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, Apple aims to offer a productivity-focused product that allows users to put aside computers and laptops, in other words, a tablet PC.
With the arrival of iOS 11, the Bite Block company has implemented a number of features in the iPad Pro software that will gradually replace MacBook Air.
Some time ago, with the launch of the first iPad Pro and despite Apple’s efforts, the tablet became a much more powerful tool than its predecessors but it was still that, a tablet.
The arrival of the Apple Pencil and the Magic Keyboard offered users many more possibilities and more facilities when working on their projects. But then it was far from replacing any PC.
But now, with the new features of iOS 11, Apple finally has an iPad Pro powerful enough and functional enough to replace MacBook Air .
The iPad Pro and iOS 11 will provide such useful features as multitasking enhancements that allow you to dock apps in a split screen much more efficiently or the option of dragging items from one app to another.
In addition, the new iPad Pro comes with a powerful A10X Fusion processor and ProMotion technology , among other hardware innovations.
With the right applications, and experienced use, the Apple iPad Pro can replace MacBook Air.
Obviously, the iPad Pro will not become a replacement for MacBook Air for everyone, as is the case with Microsoft and its tablet Surface. But there’s no denying that iOS 11 makes the iPad Pro much more powerful, more portable, more versatile, and more functional.
