Filters out new images of what might be the back cover of the iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2 in gold
Just yesterday we showed you some 3D renders created by Martin Hajek of the supposed iPad 5 placed on the tables of an Apple Store. Hajek created these images based on the rumors and leaks that had appeared during the last weeks. Most of these leaks came from Sonny Dickson.
Now a new source is added to the leaks. This time the images come directly from China and in them you can see what appears to be the back cover of the iPad 5 and the iPad Mini 2 in gold , the same color that Apple released with the iPhone 5s and that so many critics (negative and positive has received in recent weeks).
The leak seems to come from ZH, one of Apple’s suppliers in the East and could be quite strong evidence that the next iPads will also be available in the controversial colour gold.
The filtration of the iPad 5 is also accompanied by a supposed feature : 64-bit A7X processor, 2GB of RAM, IGZO panels, 8 megapixel rear camera and less weight and thickness of the overall assembly. Of course, these are very attractive features for a tablet like the iPad, and if this prediction comes true, it would confirm the great generational leap that we have been talking about for some time.
The next iPads could be a big leap forward for Apple tablets
At the moment everything we know about the iPad 5 and the iPad Mini 2 is based on rumours. There is no confirmation from Apple, although taking into account the amount of leaks almost we would dare to give the design that we can see in these images . We can’t take the characteristics for granted yet, but we would be surprised if the design was finally very different from the one we’ve been seeing for weeks in the leaks.
The latest rumors speak of October 22nd as a possible date for the introduction of the new tablets. At the moment there is no confirmation of the alleged event either, although taking into account Apple’s way of acting we wouldn’t be surprised if during today they sent the invitation to the media.
Will we end the month of October knowing the new tablets from Cupertino’s company? Will the features that we have commented in this article and that we have known thanks to our friends from iPhone in Canada be confirmed?
