Hi, I know it’s not much to do with that, but…
A few days ago I wanted to upgrade my iPad 2 to iOS9.2, the problem was that I didn’t have iTunes on my PC and when I installed it, all the music on my computer (15GB approx.) was automatically deleted from my hard drive and replaced by some empty iTunes folders.
I know this is hopeless, but I’d like to know what happened, why this happened to me.
Thanks in advance.

Hello, my name is mavi, I’m entering the world of the apple, my iphone 6 sounds very low when they call me and when I put it out loud, the receiver does not hear me, what can I do? thanks, greetings.
