The final version of iOS 7.1 could be very close
The development of iOS 7.1 is well underway and the pace of betas release by Apple has increased. This usually means that the final version is near and it looks like its release could be very close.
Originally, March was referred to as the release date for the final version of iOS 7.1 , but now it is believed that this could change and the release could occur earlier. There is no specific date, but rumors are going around for the next few weeks.
If the information they handle is correct, Apple will not release any more betas and the next version that will reach the developers will be a Golden Master version . If this version works well, the release would be imminent and in a few days it would be available to all iPad and iPhone users.
iOS 7.1 will come up with solutions to some of the problems that have been located so far in the operating system. Design flaws, some interface changes, some small improvements and with a significant performance improvement, something especially for the older devices that are compatible with the operating system (iPhone 4 and iPad 2 especially).
iOS 7.1 will arrive to correct errors, improve performance and plug security gaps
The iOS 7.1 beta 5 was publicly released yesterday afternoon (Spanish time) and we may not have more news until next week. In case the rumor information is correct, the next version would be the Golden Master and days later the final version would arrive and be distributed to all users.
One of the improvements that Apple has confirmed that it will solve with this new version is the “white screen of death”. This bug affects many iPad and iPhone users , who occasionally experience unexpected reboots of their devices and the like. It is a rather annoying stability problem and is giving more than one headache to Cupertino’s.
It is important to mention that this version will also cover many of the exploits that hackers use for Jailbreak , so if you are a user of this technique, you should stay away from iOS 7.1, at least until hackers confirm that they have found a way to attack this new version.
It is time to continue waiting, but if the information that the BGR guys handle is correct, the release of the final version of iOS 7.1 could be closer than expected and we could be installing it in our devices in just a few weeks.
