Whether you have experienced these problems with your device or not, it is best to upgrade to the latest version , and preferably avoid them via OTA (Over The Air) or from the device. It is best to connect your iPad, iPhone or iPod to your computer and update your device via iTunes. As soon as you connect the USB cable to the device, a message will notify you of the new version available.

You may not be able to download the update from your usual computer due to lack of internet connection, but for that we have provided a series of links for you to download and put it on a USB stick or PenDrive for when you get home . Just download the file you need and you can use it on any computer.

The method of use is very simple. You only need your USB with the downloaded file inside, your iPad or iPhone connected via the USB cable and iTunes open . Now all you have to do is press the Alt key (on Mac) or Shift key (on Windows) and a new window will open for you to find the location of your downloaded file. Choose the one that corresponds to your device and click Open, in a few minutes your device will be updated to the latest version available.
