This final version comes after 6 betas , where each of them didn’t bring any big news, but some internal improvements. And this final version is no exception.
We did not find any visual changes or new features , in this aspect Apple developers seem to have saved the new features for the new version of iOS.

In the first betas we had met some new wallpapers for the iPad.

What’s new in iOS 10.3.3

In this version, the main aesthetic change has been the new wallpapers as we mentioned before, besides they have closed many security holes that you can find in the following link. Is it important to upgrade?

The answer is yes , each new update brings improvements in the aspect of security , and precisely those new features that are not seen, are the most important.

In addition these more “mature” versions often bring many improvements in the performance and autonomy of the devices.

Supported devices are, iPhone 5 and up, iPad Mini and up, iPad Air and up, iPad Pro and iPod Touch 5th generation and up .

As usual, your device will notify you when the update is available. However, if you were not notified, you can go to Settings> General> Software Update and your device will connect to Apple’s servers for the update.

Tips before upgrading

When it comes to an iOS update, there are usually no problems, although it is always advisable to back up to be on the safe side.

You can perform the same from your device:

  1. Go to Settings and press where the device name is displayed
  2. Then you go to iCloud ; Back up in iCloud

This way you can easily save a backup of your device in iCloud and restore it in case of a problem.

You can do the same from a computer by connecting the device to iTunes .

Another recommendation, and this is something more personal, is to wait. Yes, wait a few days or all day , in order to observe the behavior of this new iOS version, to know some probable bugs (it wouldn’t be the first time) and then to update.

This is a first impression of what iOS 10.3.3 has left us, probably some details or features within the code will be discovered in the next few days, so I recommend you to keep an eye on our website.
