A few weeks ago we were explaining how to change OS X Yosemite’s font to the Lucida Grande. This time it’s the Apple Watch’s San Francisco that we want to install.
If you like the San Francisco Font on the Apple Watch, you can now install it on your Mac with OS X Yosemite. All you have to do is download the font’s compressed files. Inside you’ll find six files that you’ll need to copy to the LibraryFonts folder. YosemiteSanFranciscoFont

Then run the Terminal with the following code: sudo chown root:wheel LibraryFontsSystem San Francisco . Now you have to repair the permissions by running this other code in Terminal: diskutil repairPermissions . To finish, log out, the font will have been changed at startup.
To simply uninstall the font you must remove the six files from the LibraryFonts folder, log out and log back in. This will return the font to normal, i.e. Helvetica Neue.
With this you can enjoy the Apple Watch font on OS X Yosemite whether you like it better, want to have a contact or like to experiment.
