At the time the previous version was quite controversial and many users were already looking forward to renewing it, but… What is new about this iOS 8? Despite the fact that Cupertino has chosen to maintain the same design as iOS 7 , there are some important new features : changes in the multitasking and notification system, a new predictive keyboard, an optimization of iMessage, the improvement of the Spotlight search system and the appearance of interesting apps such as “Health” or “Family Sharing” are some of the reasons for the release of iOS 8. Many users may already be used to the current version of iOS, but it is always advisable to stay up to date and update to the latest version, if possible avoiding doing so via OTA (Over The Air) or from the device itself . The most convenient way is to connect the iPad or iPhone to the computer and update the iDevice from iTunes. When we connect the USB cable to the device, we receive a notification that a new version is available. In the case of this first iOS 8 beta this will not work, as it is not available to the public at the moment, although if you keep reading you will be able to download it.

This beta is only officially available to developers

We have to take into account that this is the first Beta, so there may be some bugs, which is quite normal, since it is in an early stage of development. In principle this iOS 8 Beta is focused on developers, but we have the keys to be able to access it without the need to register the UDID of the devices with a developer account .

Our recommendation before any update or change of operating system is that you should back up all the essential information inside your device , because in case there is a problem you could lose important data. So before you install, press “Save Backup” on your computer and then you can take your time.
