Hello I have an iphone 4, and I really need help, I have an icloud account, and what I did was this (I have formatted and backed up my phone with the same iphone without any problem) I got into the option to delete everything, wait a moment to restart, and all right so far, I appeared the white screen asking me to change the language, location, but when I had to put the internet connection, I appeared this ” Activation error, could not complete the activation request. Press the start button to try again. If the problem persists, please contact customer service. “I tried to activate it with itunes but it doesn’t recognize it. What will be the problem or what can I do? Do you have a solution?

After making a call, I put the cell phone (an iphone 5c) in my pocket. A mistake that has happened to me before. I used to dial numbers at random, but this time the MAIL application was deleted. I tried to retrieve it from the Appstore but I could not add my account since it indicated that it existed. It wouldn’t let me read my emails either, so I decided to uninstall it, but when I did, it showed me a message to disable Look for my Iphone that I pressed without realizing the consequences. Now my cell phone is disabled from the Icloud page and I can’t locate the device. I follow the tutors to activate it again, but in Settings, iCloud no longer appears after the general options block. There should be two options, one is iCloud and the other is iTunes & App Store but only the last one appears. I couldn’t reactivate Find my Iphone What do you recommend, should I go back to the factory settings (where everything is deleted) and reactivate?
