According to its developers at night, the screens with warm tones (yellowish) are better for our sight.

The program has evolved quite a bit and although the original idea remains almost intact, you now have many more options and it is much easier to use thanks to its new features.

The program, besides allowing us to personalize the warmth of our monitor during the night, also allows us to modify its temperature during the day. Thanks to its integrated location function, the software is able to locate us and adjust the warmth of our monitor automatically at sunset at our location.

You can make this adjustment quickly, in 20 seconds, or slowly (in 1 hour) so that you will gradually get used to the tone of the monitor.

The application is free and besides a version for OS X it has versions for Windows and Linux and even one for iOS devices, although in that case we will need a computer with Jailbreak since it is only available through Cydia.
