Before the event on October 22nd everyone was already predicting a design change for Apple’s largest tablet, also a smaller size, but perhaps the vast majority of us didn’t expect such an aggressive reduction. The North American press has been able to test Apple’s new jewel in depth, and everyone has agreed that this iPad Air is the best tablet on the market, due to its power and above all its light weight.
As you know, last October 22nd Apple presented its renewed iPad family, among them the new iPad mini with Retina screen and the brand new iPad Air, with the design inherited from the iPad mini .
The first analyses from the international press have already arrived regarding the 9.7-inch model , and the conclusions could not be more satisfactory, especially in terms of tablet size and weight. We leave you with the highlights of the analyses from the United States.

Damon Darlin, The New York Times:
As we can see, all the press is focused on highlighting how light it is and how comfortable it is compared to the previous generation . They barely talk about its power and the brand new 64-bit A7 chip, although the first results from becnhmarks have already arrived, and in some tests they are up to 90% faster than the previous generation, which is really amazing.
This Friday the iPad Air will be released in dozens of countries around the world, including ours, I can’t wait to check it out and feel it in my hands. So, which iPad model do you like the most?
