The head-to-head comparison reveals that both screens are very similar, although some differences have been detected, alienated from the rumours we’ve been seeing these last weeks.

Both displays have the same dimensions, the same location of the FaceTime camera and the proximity sensor. The differences come when you look at the front panels. The supposed screen of the iPhone 6s has a new connector in the upper left corner and according to the rumors of the last weeks, it could be the connector for the Force Touch technology, a touch technology sensitive to different pressures that the Apple Watch released. In addition to this difference, there are also small changes in the flexible cables that connect the display to the motherboard and the Touch ID is integrated into the LCD connector.

The rumors and leaks about the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus have not ceased for some weeks now, and everything seems to indicate that as the days go by we will continue to learn different details about the new smartphones. At this point Apple should have everything ready for the launch of the devices, after all, they are expected to be presented at the beginning of September, which would mean that the launch would surely take place at the end of the same month.

What do you think of the screen you can see in the video? Are we really looking at an iPhone 6s screen that Apple will put into production? We’ll soon be out of the woods, but our impression is that yes, this is the screen of Apple’s next 4.7-inch smartphone.
