Tomorrow is a holiday in Spain… but not for Apple . The company will launch tomorrow the iPad Air in a lot of countries, including the United States, China and Spain . And it will follow the same modus operandi as the new iPhones launched a few days ago: opening of the stores at eight in the morning and booking of the terminals in strict order of arrival in a queue.
As it is All Saints’ Day we do not know if absolutely all the shops will be open, but we do know that the two Apple Stores in Barcelona (La Maquinista and Passeig de Gràcia) will open in order to launch the new tablet in line with the rest of the countries. Some authorized distributors such as K-Tuin will also open (except for some stores like Palma), but others like Microgestió will close.
Regardless of whether the shops are open or not, it seems that Apple has been able to send a good amount of iPad Air stock everywhere , including official shops and distributors in all countries. Let’s hope that this will be reflected in the fact that everyone in line will not run out of their units from tomorrow and in the sales figures that Apple may give in the future.
Tomorrow morning we will get up early to attend the launch at the Apple Store in Passeig de Gràcia. For those who want to queue up all night, as always and looking at the weather forecast, we recommend that you bring warm clothes and some chairs to be able to rest at times.
