As was already mentioned this morning, Apple has released OS X 10.10.3 for all the public , and if until now it was only available in the developer program, from there anyone with a Mac compatible with OS X Yosemite can download this update and enjoy among other things the Photos application.
The truth is that we have been waiting for this update for a couple of months, and with it we will be able to enjoy not only the Photos application and its integration with iCloud, but also 300 new emoticons that diversify the emoticons in a racial way. In addition, we found improvements in the Wi-Fi connection, bug fixes, performance improvements and some more bugs fixed.
As so often, the update is available on the Mac App Store under the Update tab . It will take you a couple of minutes to download the update, after which your computer will reboot and we’ll be able to enjoy all the new features included.
As always, we recommend having a backup of all important files on your computer . In principle there should be no problem in upgrading and you should not delete any files, but it never hurts to have a secure backup.
Anyway, maybe it’s time for you to upload all your pictures to iCloud Photo . You may not be able to fit your entire library into the free 5GB Apple offers. However, for just ?0.99 per month, you can enjoy 20 GB on your iCloud Drive. Ideal for saving space on your iPhone or iPad and MacBook, where you can save the full version of the image and download only a preview to your device.
