How to install iOS 8 Beta 5 on your device

If you want to install this new iOS 8 Beta 5 on one of your compatible devices, you can use this guide to install the Beta on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, provided that it is the first time you are installing an iOS 8 Beta, as the steps are exactly the same. It is very important to note that the links to be used are those we have left above and not to resort to previous versions, as these have expired and are no longer useful.

In case you have an older beta version of iOS 8 installed, you will simply have to perform an upgrade via OTA (Over The Air), for this you have to:

  • Go to your device settings.
  • Enter the General section.
  • Software update.
  • Follow the steps indicated on the screen and accept the license agreements.

As you can see installing iOS 8 beta 5 is quite easy to do, but it is important to stress the importance of backing up before you start with what you might go through in the process.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Only developers can install and use iOS 8 Betas. From iPadizate not we are responsible for any damage to your device if you try to install iOS 8 Beta 5 without being a developer. If you do so, you do so at your own risk.
