As planned, Cupertino’s guys have just released the latest beta of OS X Mavericks for developers. It’s already 9 beta’s and OS X Mavericks is getting more and more polished, which can only mean one thing, the release is imminent. There are very few new features in this OS X Mavericks Golden Master, but we are going to detail each and every one of them below.
A few hours ago Apple released the latest beta of its youngest operating system, OS X Mavericks . So if you are one of those who were waiting anxiously for the release of OS X Mavericks this is good news, as there is nothing left for its official release.
Since Cupertino, as we said before, they have called this beta Golden Master , which means that it will be the same version that end users will see. Among the improvements it brings we find new versions of iPhoto and Xcode for developers.
Developers with OS X Mavericks will have no problem updating their operating system, as will be notified as a new version is available . They will also be able to download this latest version from Apple’s development center. The upgrade is of varying size depending on the Mac we have and its specifications.
While it’s true that OS X hasn’t undergone as radical an interface change as iOS , it does bring numerous new options, including a tabbed browser, improvements to Safari, Desktop Maps, and the iBooks application.
Apple is expected to release OS X Mavericks later this month , possibly along with new MacBooks and new iPads on a keynote . So until then we just have to wait and get used to the idea that this beta released last night is what we’ll see in OS X Mavericks when it’s available to the public.
