They can already be happy at Apple these days, because they keep getting recognized for their products. Not long ago we reported the iPad as the leader in JD Power’s list of best customer satisfaction products, and now it’s Consumer Reports that declares the Mac range as best supported .
In fact, it does so for second time in a row , with a score that exceeds that of last year. Many will remember Consumer Reports as the company that advised against buying the iPhone 4 because of its signal reception problems, a recommendation that it rescinded after carefully analyzing the iPhone 4S.
