The iPhone X will reach some hands from November 3rd , and I say some, because the units that are available are very scarce, which will make the person who gets a reservation on October 28th a real hero, because everything seems to point to the fact that it will be an impossible mission for all the users who want to book it, having to camp in front of an Apple Store as in the past in order to get some without reservation. Today, a video has come out in which we have seen how some apps are not yet compatible with the iPhone X screen.
We all wanted a front end where there was only a screen, but unfortunately there is a grimace on the top of the screen where a lot of sensors are housed as well as the FaceTime camera. This, could bring a lot of headaches to application developers as they will be forced to release an update by adapting the app to this “tab”, as it is called. I’m saying this because of the video I’m leaving you below, which I’ll comment on next.
In this video uploaded to Reddit by a user we see an iPhone X in Silver like the one we saw for Tim Cook last week by accident. In this one, we see the user running a well-known application, Instagram.
When opening it, we can see at the top how it does not fit the frames. The top of the interface is hidden by this grimace for the sensors. As the developers get their hands on the terminal we expect them to release the corresponding updates to adapt it . Although this is not very symbolic, and not to put our hands on our heads, we do like to see everything in place.
We’ll wait to see if with the launch of iPhone X the applications start to release a large batch of updates to solve this visual problem. Leave us your opinion in the comment box.
