Apple would work on a Face ID iPad, bevel-free and thinner by 2018

The iPhone X boom has left Apple very satisfied that no such reception was expected, although all analysts were already warning of these delays , leaving us at the beginning of next month. Apple has got the message that users want a new design and they will apply it on the iPads that will be presented next year. These, would incorporate Face ID, as well as the absence of bezels and would become thinner but with the same or more power.

Bloomberg has released a report a few hours ago releasing this blast where they claim that these are Apple’s plans for the iPad world in 2018. Specifically, they would bet on reducing the edges, incorporating a GPU of their own and giving support to Face ID, removing the Touch ID. Specifically the fragment reads as follows:

By removing the home button, Apple plans to significantly reduce the size of the edges on the top and bottom of the device for the first time since its introduction in 2010, bringing the design closer to that of the recently released iPhone X badge. The new version will be the first revamped look for the iPad since the first Pro iPad debuted in 2015.

By removing the Touch ID, they will be able to afford the luxury of reducing the thickness of the device , but this is not all good news, as it would not copy the OLED screen of the iPhone X, while remaining with the LCD screen, why should this be? Bloomberg bets that the scarce production of screens for the iPhone X would not give rise to the iPad, so this time it would stay with LCD, but maybe when this issue is resolved, in 2019, we will have these screens.
