The Keynote and Pages apps have achieved support for opening presentations and documents since the 2006 and 2008 versions, while Numbers can now open the 2008 spreadsheets.

But without a doubt the star new feature of this update is the support for Split View, which allows us to open the application while simultaneously using others on the iPad Air 2.

Additionally, Keynote, Numbers and Pages are supported by 3D Touch technology on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus . On the iPad, all three applications now allow us to use Multi-Touch gestures to select text, access a toolbar and text formatting, and new wireless keyboard shortcuts.

Here’s how to download these applications from the App Store and the Mac App Store.
