Apple resurrects Chrome and Pocket integrations in Workflow and adds some homegrown

53 de los mejores workflows para que le saques provecho a Workflow en iOS

They said that it was not going to be updated beyond some stability and security arrangements, but today there seems to be an exception. Apple has updated Workflow , the application it acquired that is capable of automating iOS actions, recovering the Chrome and Pocket integrations that had disappeared after the purchase.

It is a very good sign that Apple is recovering these integrations, as it demonstrates several things. Firstly that it wants the application to stay alive at least for a while , and secondly that it has no problem integrating applications that rival the system’s own native browser.

This means, for example, that you can now use Workflow to open links saved in Pocket directly in Google Chrome for iOS. And automatically, simply by creating that seamless workflow. And for free!

In addition to resurrecting these integrations, Apple has also included integration with Apple Music’s Up Next list so that Workflow will be able to add songs to that list or clean it up so that it is empty.

Is this a sign that Apple is going to devote some attention to Workflow? While they are preparing the evolution of that application to a native component of the Apple system, they may have wanted to take advantage of its power. For automation aficionados, this will certainly be appreciated.
